Business Development Training… Door Deals Quick Start System

In order to establish a sturdy foundation, it is required that all new dealerships complete our 3-day training program currently hosted monthly in Springfield, MO.  The training program will teach new dealers how to quickly turn a profit and how to achieve long-term growth.  The training program provides extensive training in sales, day-to-day operations, the art/design process, and in distribution methods.

Detailed Operations Manual

All new dealers are presented with an operations manual, to help guide their business each step of the way.  This training manual can serve as the master copy of the business plan while providing dealers with all necessary information and materials needed to get started and successfully run a business.

Ongoing creative problem solving support

A successful organization is one that establishes and supports constant communication and collaboration.  Door Deals, LLC. conducts two video conferences with every dealer each month.  These conference calls provide dealers time to share ideas and testimonials as well as troubleshoot any areas of concern.

Leadership Accessibility

Open communication is the key to every successful business.  Door Deals, LLC. encourages dealers to present us with questions and concerns as they arise.  We are available to assist our dealerships via phone, e-mail, conference calls, or in person whenever needed.
